New Mover Sweepstakes

The AddressGenie New Mover Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by A Little Help Here Media, LLC, operator of AddressGenie®, (“Sponsor”).

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and members of their immediate households or families are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes operates in recurring two-month entry periods.

• January 1 – February 28/29
• March 1 – April 30
• May 1 – June 30
• July 1 – August 31
• September 1 – October 31
• November 1 – December 31

Each period begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the first day and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on the final day.

One winner will be selected following the close of each entry period.

Complete and submit an eligible AddressGenie survey displaying the Sweepstakes offer during the applicable entry period.

No purchase or payment is required to complete an eligible survey or enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit one Sweepstakes entry per person during each two-month entry period.

One winner per entry period will receive one gift card with an approximate retail value of $100.

The winner may select a gift card from the participating brands identified by AddressGenie at the time the prize is awarded, subject to availability.

Participating gift-card merchants are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or responsible for this Sweepstakes.

Gift cards are subject to the applicable issuer’s terms and conditions and are not redeemable for cash through Sponsor.

After each entry period closes, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that entry period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the notification email.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven days, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

No payment, processing fee, credit-card information, or bank information will ever be required to claim a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, incomplete, manipulated, or otherwise inconsistent with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate a Sweepstakes period if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.

If a Sweepstakes period is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination.

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be handled according to the AddressGenie Privacy Policy.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the AddressGenie Terms & Conditions.

Entry in the Sweepstakes does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications beyond communications reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

Where required by law, winner information will be made available upon request after the applicable drawing has been completed.
